Job Title: Landscaper – softscape + seasonal cleanup Crew (Seasonal)
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Seasonal (with potential for advancement)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing job sites, digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Supporting team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Keeping job sites clean, professional, and organized
 

What We’re Looking For
- Experience with hardscaping or landscaping is a plus, but not required
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in different weather conditions
- A team player who takes direction well and contributes to a positive crew culture
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

What We Do
- We specialize in softscaping services including mulch and river rock installs, weeding, brush removal, and edging. We also take on small hardscape projects like walkways and patios, plus seasonal services such as spring and fall cleanups. (We are a seasonal business — spring through fall.)
